Privacy Policy

01 Introduction

Welcome to PrimeX.io . We provide a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel that lets you order growth services — such as followers, views, likes and engagement — for supported social platforms, manage your account balance, track orders in real time, and, for eligible users, access our reseller API. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect information about you when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, add funds, contact support, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Services. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, which governs your use of the platform more broadly.

In short: we collect only the information needed to run your account, process your orders safely, keep the platform secure, and support you when you need help — and we never sell your personal data.

02 Definitions

To keep this policy clear, the following terms are used throughout:

  • "We," "us," "our" refers to PrimeX.io and the team that operates the platform.
  • "You," "user," "customer" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or otherwise uses the Services.
  • "Panel" refers to the PrimeX.io web application, including the public site, the user dashboard, and the admin panel.
  • "Order" refers to any service request submitted through the panel or the API for a supported social media platform.
  • "Provider" refers to an upstream service supplier we route orders to in order to fulfil them.
  • "Personal Data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • "Processing" refers to any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
  • "Cookies" refers to small text files stored on your device that help the panel function and remember your preferences.

03 Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information generated automatically as you use the panel, and information received from third parties involved in delivering the Services (such as payment processors and order providers).

Personal Information

When you register, place an order, open a support ticket, or contact us, you may provide personal details such as your full name, email address, username, and, where relevant to a payment method, billing details. We only request information that is necessary for the purpose at hand.

Account Information

To create and maintain your account we store your username, email address, hashed password, registered date, current balance, referral code (if you use our Refer & Earn program), your selected theme and notification preferences, and your account status (active, suspended, etc.). We also keep a record of login history, active sessions, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) configuration you enable, so you can review and manage them from your Security settings.

Payment Information

When you add funds to your balance, we record the transaction amount, currency, payment method, status, and a reference/transaction ID. Depending on the payment method you choose, this may include a manual payment submission (such as a UPI reference number or a proof-of-payment screenshot you upload) or data processed by a third-party payment gateway.

We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, or online banking credentials on our servers. Card and bank-level payment details are handled directly by our licensed payment processors, never by PrimeX.io itself.

Device Information

We automatically collect certain technical information about the device and connection you use to access the panel, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, and general timezone/locale. This information helps us keep sessions secure, detect suspicious logins, and render the interface correctly.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage) to keep you signed in, remember your Light/Dark theme preference, protect against cross-site request forgery, and understand how the panel is used so we can improve it. See the dedicated Cookie Policy section below for the full breakdown of cookie types, purposes and how to control them.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns — for example, which pages are visited most, how long an order typically takes to complete, or where users drop off during checkout. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to build advertising profiles about you.

Log Files

Like most online platforms, our servers automatically record log files. These logs may include your IP address, access timestamps, requested URL, HTTP status codes, and user-agent string. Log files are used for security monitoring, rate-limiting abusive requests, diagnosing errors, and maintaining an audit trail for account and order activity.

04 How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

Order Processing

Your account, order details, and the target link/handle you submit are used to route your order to the appropriate provider, monitor its progress (start count, remaining quantity, completion status), apply refunds when a service cannot be delivered, and keep your order history accurate and up to date in your dashboard.

Fraud Prevention

We analyze account activity, IP addresses, device fingerprints, login patterns, and payment behaviour to detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, account takeover attempts, coupon abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service. Suspicious activity may trigger additional verification, rate limiting, or temporary account restrictions.

Customer Support

When you open a support ticket or contact us through Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, or email, we use your account and order information to investigate and resolve your issue, and we retain the conversation to maintain a support history and improve response quality over time.

Marketing Communications

With your consent (or where otherwise permitted by law), we may send you service announcements, promotional offers, coupon codes, or referral program updates. Marketing messages are always optional and separate from essential transactional notifications (such as order status or security alerts), which we send regardless of marketing preferences because they are necessary to operate your account. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time — see Opt-Out Rights.

05 Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Data TypeTypical Retention
Account profile & credentialsDuration of the account, plus a limited window after deletion for security/legal purposes
Order & transaction historyRetained for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes as required by applicable law
Payment referencesRetained per payment processor and financial record-keeping obligations
Support tickets & chat historyRetained to maintain support quality and resolve recurring issues
Login history & security logsRetained for a limited rolling period to investigate abuse and security incidents

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. If you request account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data promptly, except where retention is required to comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.

06 Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function.

Third-Party Services

We work with a limited set of trusted third-party service providers — such as hosting providers, order fulfilment providers, and communication tools — who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes we specify.

Payment Providers

When you add funds, your payment is processed by our configured payment gateway(s) or, for manual payment methods, verified by our team using the reference details you submit. These providers handle sensitive payment data under their own security standards (such as PCI-DSS, where applicable), and we only receive the transaction status and reference needed to credit your balance.

API Usage

If you use our reseller API, requests are authenticated with your personal API key. We log API calls (endpoint, timestamp, response status) for billing accuracy, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention. Your API key should be kept confidential — anyone with your key can place orders and spend your balance, so treat it like a password. You can regenerate your API key at any time from your dashboard if you believe it has been compromised.

Google Services

We may use Google-provided infrastructure such as Google Fonts (for typography) and, where enabled, Google-based analytics or reCAPTCHA-style verification to protect forms from automated abuse. These services may process technical data such as your IP address under Google's own privacy practices.

Meta Services

Some of the growth services offered through the panel target platforms owned by Meta (such as Facebook and Instagram). When you submit an order for one of these platforms, the public profile/post link or handle you provide is shared only with the provider needed to fulfil that specific order — we do not authenticate with or access your Meta account credentials to do this.

Telegram Integration

We offer Telegram as one of our optional customer support channels. If you choose to contact us via Telegram, your Telegram username and the content of your messages are visible to our support team within Telegram, subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. We do not use Telegram to access data from your account beyond the conversation you initiate with us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of PrimeX.io, our users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply to any transferred personal data.

07 Security Measures

We take the security of your data seriously and apply multiple layers of protection, including:

🔒 Password Hashing 🛡️ Rate Limiting 🔑 Two-Factor Authentication 📋 Login History 🌐 HTTPS Encryption 🧾 Audit Logging
  • Passwords are hashed using strong, industry-standard algorithms — we never store plaintext passwords.
  • Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra verification step to your login.
  • Session and login-history tracking lets you review devices and revoke sessions you don't recognize.
  • Rate limiting and abuse detection protect login, registration, and cron/API endpoints from brute-force and automated attacks.
  • Administrative actions on orders, users, and payments are recorded in audit logs for accountability.
  • Data in transit is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption where the hosting environment supports it.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, we continuously review and improve our safeguards as the platform evolves.

08 User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights over your personal data under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or similar regional regulations). We honour these rights for all users, regardless of jurisdiction, wherever reasonably possible.

Access Your Data

You can view most of your account, order, and payment information directly from your dashboard at any time. You may also contact support to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correct Your Data

If any of your account information is inaccurate or outdated, you can update it from your Account settings, or contact support for assistance correcting information you cannot edit yourself.

Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the Security → Delete Account section of your dashboard, or by contacting support. We will process deletion requests promptly, subject to the retention exceptions described in Data Retention.

Opt-Out Rights

You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message itself, adjusting your notification preferences, or contacting support. Essential transactional and security notifications cannot be opted out of, as they are necessary to operate your account safely.

10 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction and, in any case, are at least 18 years old, as also stated in our Terms of Service .

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the details in Contact Information .

11 International Data Transfers

PrimeX.io serves users globally, and our servers, payment processors, and order providers may be located in countries other than your own. As a result, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions with data protection laws that differ from those in your home country.

Wherever we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to receive an adequate level of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy, including relying on service providers who maintain appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

12 Account Security

We provide tools to help you keep your account secure, including password management, two-factor authentication, active session review, and login history. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other websites.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Security settings.
  • Regularly review your active sessions and login history, and sign out of devices you don't recognize.
  • Keep your registered email address up to date so you can receive security alerts and password reset links.
  • Never share your password, 2FA codes, or API key with anyone, including someone claiming to be from our support team.

If you ever notice suspicious activity on your account, please change your password immediately and contact support using the details in Contact Information.

13 User Responsibilities

Protecting your privacy is a shared responsibility. As a user of PrimeX.io, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering and placing orders.
  • Only submit links/handles for accounts and content you own or are authorized to promote.
  • Keep your login credentials, 2FA recovery codes, and API key confidential and secure.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Use the Services in compliance with our Terms of Service and applicable law, including the privacy rights of others.

14 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services we offer, or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice such as an in-panel banner or an email notification.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

15 Contact Information

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how your personal data is handled, we're happy to help. Reach out through any of our active support channels below, or from the Help Center.
